A couture category that did not exist — and that the maison invented, for every Muslim bride who refuses to compromise.
Across the United States and the English-speaking world, the search for a Muslim wedding veil that marries modesty and couture has long led brides to compromise: generic veils cut from inexpensive polyester, or beautiful bridal pieces that could not be adapted to a hijab.
Le Voile Brodé was born to end that compromise. A French maison de couture that creates nothing but bridal hijabs — unique, hand-embroidered pieces imagined by a designer and crafted in partnership with one of the world's most respected haute couture embroidery houses.
Our embroideries are entirely crafted by hand, in direct partnership with an internationally recognised haute couture embroidery house. The same atelier produces embroidery for several of the world's most celebrated fashion maisons — names we do not reveal, out of respect for the discretion that defines our profession.
We never work with machine embroidery, with printed decoration or with mass production. Each pearl, each crystal, each thread is placed by hand. This is why our creations take between six and ten weeks to complete — and why each one is unique.
From Manhattan to Jersey City, from Washington DC to Northern Virginia, from the great Pakistani-American communities of Houston and Chicago to the heart of Arab America in Dearborn, Michigan, Muslim brides across the United States now have a maison to turn to.
We welcome personalised inquiries from every state. Consultations may take place by video with our atelier, or in person for brides travelling to Europe. Measurements are guided step by step; mood-boards are shared digitally; the finished piece is shipped with full insurance and tracked delivery.
Prices are never publicly displayed. The maison is a maison de couture — and like every couture house, our relationship with each bride is personal.
Beyond the four signature creations, our atelier has developed a vocabulary of embroidery motifs that distinguish Le Voile Brodé from any other maison.
Scattered constellations of hand-sewn pearls, inspired by jasmine blossoms.
Golden thread embroidery of botanical motifs — regal, warm, timeless.
Fine lace detail at the veil's edge — for brides who seek delicate elegance.
Three further signatures — The Majestic, The Plumetis, and The Golden Arabesque — complete the vocabulary of our atelier.
A personalised inquiry or a private fitting — two ways to enter the Maison.
